After months of sending the correct letters and adding up our charges we finally got a court date of 23rd July. However we received a letter yesterday saying it is cancelled because we didn't send relevant info...the letters and advice given from all the sites indicate that we needed to talke no more action just wait for the court case day. Has anybody else had this problem? We are due back over 4grand!!!! So as you can see it is of huge importancy to us??????
Thanks
Thanks

Did you not receive a letter from the court stating what each party needed to submit by a certain date? This is usually your court bundle

When i did mine June 2006 you didn't have to send anything back except for the court allocation questionnaire. It stated on it that you didn't have to and that you could just turn up on the day with all your papers etc.
Has this changed?0 -
I suggest you give the court a call on Monday.Reclaimed thanks to this site:
£175 Abbey Mortgage Repayment Fee, £170.03 Capital One Bank Charges £418.07 Lloyds TSB Bank Charges, £2,671.55 Mis-sold Endowment Policy, all for OH0 -
I have looked into this further and i have messed up as i did not know or understand anything about the bundle i was supposed to send.
Is there any chance i can start again or is all lost ?0 -
You need to post exactly what letters you have had from the court and we can check and see if anything can be salvaged of your claim.0

Each court/judge is different it does depend on what letter you receive and what kind of hearing you have.0 -
We had are court hearing moved from our local county court Melton Mowbray to Leicester county court and then recived a letter saying i needed to send them some information .
As i did not fully understand i failed to send them the information.
Has anyone else made this mistake and is it possible to start again ?0 -
Did the court letter cancelling your claim give you leave to appeal against this? Only thing I can suggest at the moment is phone the court in the morning and ask them.0
