hi. just starting a joint claim for a friend and wondered if it has to be claimed jointly or whether i can just do it in one of their names ? thanks in advance for any help.

It can be either, im claiming from 2 Lloyds TSB joint current accounts and all correspondance from the beginning of the claim I have put in my sole name,
