Shared Ownership - Relationship Breakdown

Good Afternoon
I really need some advice. I currently have a shared ownership property which I purchased around 24 months ago.
The mortgage is in my name only but my Ex partner is listed as a co owner on the lease side.
all the bills are in my name and I pay everyone of them. I moved out of the home and now my ex refuses to move out. I am financially tied to the house and cannot move or rent anywhere else I pay for everything on the house that she currently lives in.
I am not married but we do have two small children.
I am seeing a solicitor next week but I just want to be prepared for what they are going to tell me. My Ex will not budge and will not take on the mortgage so she is currently sitting pretty in a house fully paid for except for the food shop.
any advise I would really appreciate.

I doubt anybody will be able to tell you any more than they did on your last thread about this:

Just go to the solicitor, and see what they say.0 -
Move back in, see a solicitor, take it from there. The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0
