Maxmium number of additional drivers?

Hi, I have two additional drivers and was hoping to put my son on my policy as well but Sheila's Wheels say they only allow two additional drivers. My policy is due for renewal end of March. Does anyone know, is two additional drivers an industry standard or are there any companies anyone knows of who insures main driver along with 3 additional drivers? My son will be 17 ......... thanks in advance.

There isn't an industry standard.
So keep trying. Plenty take 3 or more.
(Though adding a 17 year old is not so universally acceptable!)0 -
In most cases it is more of an IT limitation than an underwriting one. Certainly plenty allow more than 2.0

Can you still get car insurance for any driver to drive?0
