Were currently in the process of getting a mortgage. We've seen a mortgage advisor and have viewed the house.
The house we want is currently on the market for £90.000 O.I.R.O. Now I'm wondering how much should our initial offer be. Its a 3 bedroom mid town-house, its need fully redecorating and will eventually need a new kitchen and bathroom as they are very old and outdated. There are no major problems with the house as far as we can see but we haven't had a survey done yet. Its been on the market for almost a year.
Any ideas? (obviously this is dependant on the survey)
Thanks in advance.
