You obviously are well aware the point i was making in that the FCA/FOS could soon be looking into the dubious way MNBA calculate PPI redress.

Fine, we all know the FCA will conduct thematic reviews on various firms at various points. but I don't see how that relates to the point I was originally making which was that the FCA is not an arbitrator and will not get involved in the adjudication of individual cases.
