Discussion forums don't count as social media, since posters are not identified.
I agree that with Facebook and Twitter everyone needs to be aware that their employer may be reading anything they write.

Perhaps you could answer the OP' and not refer to hearsay ?

The OP doesn't actually ask any questions…

Not sure what you mean by "hearsay"?

Quote from Legal Beagles website in relation to MBNA redress calculations :-

I am most pleased to announce that we have now received a request from the FCA's PPI Redress Team Manager for full details of our analysis. This was the eventual outcome we had hoped for from this 'mail-drop' exercise, and it is entirely the result of the efforts of those who sent letters and emails to the FCA & FOS. There is therefore no need of any further letters/emails to either the FCA or FOS - and I and the 'MBNA Calculation Group' wish to thank those here in LB who have supported us with this venture. We will report back here when we have any news or results, but we may not know the outcome until such time as the FCA or FOS publishes it.

    Sorry, your point was?

You obviously are well aware the point i was making in that the FCA/FOS could soon be looking into the dubious way MNBA calculate PPI redress.
Barclaycard could also be next in line.

Apart from the OP employment status (hearsay) do you have any
further comments on what he says ?

Fine, we all know the FCA will conduct thematic reviews on various firms at various points. but I don't see how that relates to the point I was originally making which was that the FCA is not an arbitrator and will not get involved in the adjudication of individual cases.

I can't see any remarks from me regarding the OP's employment. I believe I was discussing employers monitoring social networking sites?
