    MK is a great commuter town - far enough from London to be less affected by London prices, yet only 30 mins away on the train. I would say go for somewhere nearish the stations to get the commuters.

    Rochester - Medway

    I live in Chatham, and I love it here, and I love Rochester too. When it comes to investment and development Medway is moving up and up. There is a huge arts scene developing here too which encourages people to move here. Easy travel to London, nice and central to get around Yep, Medway is a thumbs up from me.

    Medway has the university too -with halls charging £130 a week -a 2 bedroom house is very attractive to lots of students and to staff .
