I'm need a new all-in-one printer that primarily is economical to run and can make reasonably decent copies of scanned photos. My old HP photosmart 2575 finally broke and I was given an HP photosmart C6380. I only ever had to change the cartridges 2-3 times a year with the 2575 but with the C6380 it is monthly, .
I'm not sure what specs to look for with scanning functions and have reached bamboozle point from searching so would appreciate some help please. (I wish there was a function somewhere to compare all brands of ink cartridges and their supposed yields as that would help enormously in choosing the right printer to a person's budget!! Basically, it would enable a person to work out the most affordable running costs and then choose a printer that uses that cartridge
- hope that makes sense of what I mean?!)
I plan to use it for printing documents, and crafts so would lik,e it to be able to also do things such as transparencies, labels, cards, iron-on transfers, borderless media as well as photos. I need an all-in-one due to space restraints and would prefer one with memory card slots. My pc isn't wi-fi enabled but I do have USB 2 and USB 3 ports.
Once I've found the most suitable model for my needs, I'm happy to find the best price.
I'm considering these :

Any thoughts or advice will be much appreciated please.
