JSA ESA Joint Claim?

Can anyone advise on this please.
I am currently on JSA and my Fiance is currently on ESA and unable to work and will be unable to according to her consultant after an operation for upto 2 years.
We are now planning to live together but havn't got a clue how to go about modifying our existing claims (when we inform them we are living together).
I have been told that we can put in a joint claim for JSA where I continue to be actively seeking work but my partner as on the sick does not actively have to????
or
we can put in a joint ESA claim where I go on her ESA and don't have to sign on, but, would then not get my stamp paid and as far as I can see because she is the one that is sick (not me) then I wouldn't get any income going on her ESA claim.
Obviously I will be filling in a JSA3 for change of circumstances but what does my partner do?
Can we just even though living together me still claim JSA and my partner still claime ESA?
Any help appreciated Thanks.
The local benefits offices are no help whatsoever for advice on this matter.

Previous thread :https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3843101 - post 8 indicates that if you are both named tenants, then you must claim as a couple.

Its likely that you would have to go onto your partner's ESA, as far as I am aware if you are living together, you should be claiming a single benefit but a couple's rate - this is only to the best of my knowledge however.

Is there a reason you can't go onto your partner's claim?
