hi not sure if i posted this in the right area, i signed up to virgin agreeing £40 a month sevices about 5 weeks ago. i have phone talk unlimited, tv xl with v+ box and broadband m. I paid the instal of £25 but the bill came in yesterday at £85 and their bill is so confusing to work out, i dont understand how it is this much keep trying to phone but in a queue for ages

I think you will find that the reason is that VM charge one month in advance but not from bill date, but for the one month period starting 2 weeks from bill date, this means your first bill could be for 10 weeks. If you joined on 1st June and your bill is produced at the end of the month, then you will be charged 1-30 June in arrears then 1-14 July and 14 July to 14 August in advance.0 -
