excellent , glad you have spent some time getting up to speed on this saga and the issues surrounding it (just a shame you didnt google and find this forum last september or it would be over now with no payments made whatsoever)
I hope your case becomes one he can take on as it has all the merits that seem to show a fightback win would help stop these stupid charges and teach VCS and DR+ a lesson too , never mind get you your money back and a sense that justice prevails
if he does contact you about this, read everything he says 3 or more times and do take heed of it, especially if he thinks yours is a good test case like I believe it is

they dont seem to be sending any evidence in any more , so I believe you paid in error and also they and DR+ have no legal rights to defraud you of your money, never mind ask for more , theft is theft ! fraud is fraud !0
