Epson XP305 First Installation Help

I have just bought an ex display Epson XP305 from Asda for £5. It is brand new and still taped up with the power cable inside. It does not, however, come with the installation disc.
I am wanting to use compatible cartridges with it and have bought some from Ebay in anticipation.
Reading other threads on this board, I need to make sure that the firmware is not updated. I have the link to the Epson website where all the software and downloads are. I am about to move house and will be wanting to run the printer wirelessly. What software do I need to download or what do I need to avoid to get it up and running.
