Issue with mini cooper s skirts
Has anyone had any issues with what looks like the protective film coming away from fitted skirts on a Mini Cooper S? These skirks were added just after purchased from new (just over 3 yrs) yet the Mini Garage say it is not covered on the Warranty for paint work.

If they're an aftermarket accessory added by the dealer or somebody else, then - no - the new car warranty won't cover them.
You may have SOGA rights against the supplier of them, but not against BMW/Mini. After three years, though, I think you'd be best off just dipping your hand in your pocket and getting them painted afresh.0
