Hi only been with Scottish Power since Sept '13, & customer service seems near non existent at times, never answer if at all within 5 days as promised via email. I like to put in readings each mth but trying to receive a bill continues to be a 'pain', several emails required, never reply within 5 working days, suddenly I have had my actual readings disappear & become estimated. I am still trying to receive a bill for the readings I gave 03/01/14. I am not locked into them at the moment but they are the cheapest for me, but will keep looking though.

Just wondering is there anyone high up who you could email/contact pls Would anyone have an email for lynda Clayton who seems to be the Customer Service Director?

Appreciate any help

Thx

Do you mean your actual readings have disappeared from your online account and have been substituted by estimated readings which are different from your readings?

You could start the suppliers formal (written) complaints procedure. Make sure the word Complaint is prominent (i.e. in bold) in your email or letter. Letter would be better because you can send it by Recorded Delivery post and confirm its delivery.

  • Scottish Power Customer Services appears to be a total misnomer.

I have been trying to make sense with them - including Lynda Clayton for nearly 14 weeks now and am just about to go to the Energy Ombudsman to see if he/she can sort them out.

I have tried recorded delivery letters to Lynda Clayton and got nothing back.
Sorry to be discouraging but they must have a huge problem - nobody could be as bad as they are otherwise.
