n-power - not billing me
Hi all,
I am just looking for some advice and help on a small matter.
My home electricity is supplied by N-power - a good number of months ago they identified an issue with my meter and were meant to have resolved this by november 2013 (which i still havent heard about!)
At the stage in november when I contacted them I owed them nearly £1000 but was not billed or had any communications from them at all. we are now sitting 4 months later with no further updates.....no bills, no letters, no phone calls or voicemails.....
What I am wondering is;
Any help or advice would be helpful as I am afraid that they will try to hit me for an electricty bill over a thousand pound that I will not be able to pay in one hit!
Thanks in advance,
Dave

What I am wondering is;
- Is there a cut off for when they can back date their charges?
- Am I still liable for the full amount even though they have not attempted to take payment or notify me of bills or updated me on the issue?
Any help or advice would be helpful as I am afraid that they will try to hit me for an electricty bill over a thousand pound that I will not be able to pay in one hit!
