Mrs Hogweed and I had something similar many years ago in Sheffield, and I got a letter out of the blue one day. It was from a debt collecting company chasing an unpaid invoice that a PPC had issued THREE AND A HALF YEARS EARLIER (we didn't pay it).
I had to think about the circumstances, but they had spelt my surname incorrectly so we just put them back in the post 'not known at this address'. Got several more, returned them and they gave up after about a year of empty threats.
My own 'dispute' with VCS, ZZPS and WH @ Doncaster Airport from May this year has gone quiet but I don't for one minute think they won't come back later.0
