Energy firms told to return £400m from closed accounts

According to a <BBC News report> today, Ofgem estimates the suppliers hold at least £202m from former domestic customers and at least £204m from old business accounts.
If you have recently moved or switched supplier, make sure you get what's owed to you. From my experience, getting your money back from enrgy suppliers is not always easy but you need to keep on their case.
