There is a report in today's Times about they way Capita help companies to repair their reputation and good name after negative comments on social media. To quote Capita's new boss:-
Digital communications is changing the way companies do business and interact with companies. Negative comments on a bad customer service experience trending on Twitter can do enormous damage. We are helping with web monitoring to see what people are saying on social media and addressing that.
I wonder if any of those companies hired by Capita employ Parking Eye (part of Capita) and are suffering because of that? Two companies come to mind - ALDI and The Range.

When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

One of their companies, TVL is up there with Ryanair. In fact, I am sending them an LBC today for threatening behaviour and harassment. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
