A spendy day today, think the local C--P store is getting desperate, gave me a voucher for £1 off a £5 spend, unusual for them. Very low stocks of fruit and veg today as well, wonder if all the problems with other parts of the business will see the demise of the local shops?

Thanks saver-upper - all digits are still just about still attached, got a bad cut to the side of my finger and nicked two others but no where near as bad. Patched up and stuck back together by the hospital, I know people complain about the NHS but I was in and out of the minor injuries unit very quickly and treated really well. Won't know how it's healed until the weekend when I take the bandage off so fingers crossed for me...no pun intended
Work mega busy so NSD #6 here today, need to buckle under for a few days to get my target this month.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I'm now at NSD #8 having not even spent a penny on allowable items
My allowable items list is going to have to be extended to include petrol after Thursday! DS1 will be covered by my insurance to drive my car from then (), so I'll no longer be the only one clocking up mileage which means it's going to be a lot harder for me to pre-empt when I need a liquid gold top-up. DS1's solution was that he'd pay if it was running low while he had the car (apparently he 'enjoys' filling up as he likes the smell of petrol) and I could just knock the cost off what he owes me for his mileage charge at the end of the month - but my spreadsheet isn't set up to handle that (I have one line for his contributions towards the car related expenses, and then one line out for each of petrol, insurance, road tax, breakdown cover, service and MOT). So even if I knock the cost off what he owes rather than pay him back and then ask for full mileage contributions on his pay day, I still need to account for it in my spreadsheet and would rather do that on the day of fill-up so I can if a pattern emerges.
