card protection reclaim issue?

Can anyone enlighten me please?
I have my CPP form here ready and all completed to return however, the card it was on is in my maiden name so if they send me my compensation in a cheque I wont be able to pay it into my bank. What can I do about this?
I have infact just had my protection insurance payment of £36.99 added to the card bill today.
Please help as I think I will be owed quite a bit as ive had the card since 2008 and was misold the policy

When you receive the actual cheque liaise with your Bank over payment. You can also write your current name on the forms and ask that any cheque be issued in your married name.I have my CPP form here ready and all completed to return however, the card it was on is in my maiden name so if they send me my compensation in a cheque I wont be able to pay it into my bank.
