The whole point of Plus Bus is to give you bus travel for a fixed price.

The 18 runs past Oxford Road station. If you travel on the Arriva train from Chester to Manchester it calls at Oxford Road before Piccadilly. The 18 also runs via Piccadilly Gardens which is closer to Piccadilly Staion than Oldham Street.0
