Good evening,
In December 2013, my wife parked in the above car park for a total of 2 hours 15 mins - limit for free parking is 2 hours. I am the RK of the vehicle and got a NtK but managed to neglect it and the subsequent letters until getting a Letter Before County Court Claim from Parking Eye . I restarted the clock by naming my wife as the driver and she has now received a PCN. She has done a soft appeal online and a complaint has been lodged with B & M Bargains' CEO.
Should the appeal fail (likely) and B & M do not have the PCN cancelled, what sort of POPLA appeal should I be looking at? Obviously, if it all gets cancelled, I'll post it here.
Many thanks.
