Options
I'm in the process of setting up my new laptop

I've set up office 2007, with outlook, I have 2 acounts (Blueyonder & Gmail)

now I have set up both acounts ok

however I want to be able to see/upload all my previous emails & folders etc

now previously when I have done this, all the prvious emails & folders have automaticlly been synced to the email accounts

but not this time

any one shed any light on how I can update/upload all my previous email/folders

Thanks

usually all previous emails & folders have automaticlly synced to the email acounts, this is what I'm trying to do

as it stands I have emails from earlier this week only when I set up the blueyonder & gmail acounts

they can only sync from a server if they are still on the server somewhere.

the pst file on the old machine will contain the old emails, so copy it across and open the pst in outlook

Have you actually checked what's at the servers? Logon to email accounts using a browser.
If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.

I just meant - look at the servers to see how much/little mail is there.
