If you cannot remember how you bought the policy

If you cannot remember how you bought the policy it is important to know that the FSA found that there were failings in the contents of the “Welcome Packs” customers received from CPP when they took out the ID policy and when they renewed it. You can find out this information in the FSA's final notice on CPP (the link is in this website). There you will find the failings in the wording in the Welcome Packs. It is worth printing it out and studying thoroughly.
