Anyone know anything about this organisation?

The circumstances are, some months ago, I was involved in a minor damage only accident.

The other driver's insurance have admitted liability, and my car has been repaired.

Now I've received a phone call from a person, claiming to be from this organisation "Complete Action Solutions".

They say they work with a number of insurance companies, mine being one of them, and, despite the other driver's insurance settling the whole claim, and me not having claimed for any injuries, because the claim is over a certain amount, by law the other company is required to make a payment to me, something along the lines of an "inconvenience payment".

I've never heard of anything like this before, and wondered if anyone could enlighten me on it?

I get these , had an old boy back into my car when I was not even in the car 6 years ago at least

They seem to have been passed my details by someone in the past

They also get the right hump when I ask them which insurance company I am with or for exact details of the accident ( they never know !)

They knew which insurance company I was with.

As in my OP, does anyone know the ins and outs if this company?

    Are they legit?

Is there any iffy small print, which could catch me out?

If they lied about this, then............

If you have an iphone, call up your recents, and alongside their number, there is a little i in a circle. Press it, scroll down, and at the bottom a new option appeared with IOS7 "block this caller" activate it
I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
