    hello,

i'd definitely give them a ring to find out whats happening - although on assessment rate, i've had to ring them a couple of times due to missing allowance and they have been able to either rectify the mistake or tell me the date when allowance is due.

...if you haven't received it by now already!

    - best to ring a.s.a.p. after opening too - usually am able to get through with little delay ...if manage to get up early enough to ring.

    regards,
