    Free 30 mins ? The solicitor I phoned wanted £120 for his advise . I have been told two different things one a small claim and another a part 8 claim minefield .why are legal things so complex .

    When you attend a solicitor for the first time you are entitled to 30 mins free. Try a solicitor you havent used before. Never heard of a part 8 claim
