i had a lone with T.S.B before the lloyds took them over (1995)
i know i had ppi with this lone (it was the only way to borrow the money thats what T.S.B said)
im nologer a T.S.B customer and i cant find any info on the lone with expiria
im not sure what to do
its such an old lone im not sure if i can claim that far back

You are entitled to complain to Lloyds. The further back you go in time the harder it is. your complaint reason is just about the weakest you can get. i.e. an unprovable allegation of what was said nearly 20 years ago.
