Well done on doing a diary, I shall have a hunt for it and read through.

I'm getting on ok thanks. It looks like I will be under 13k by the end of March, but April is going to be a slow month for me so I'm hoping that I will stay on the straight and narrow.

All is good here and bump is getting bigger. I'm still resisting and squeezing into my normal clothes, although I have had to buy a few bits from matalan's maternity range just to tide me over. Hopefully I won't need to get anything else now.

I'm finding things hard at the moment, debt busting is such a slow process and it is so difficult not to be tempted by the shops and their clever marketing campaigns!

Must keep focused and if I do struggle I return to the first post in this diary and that keeps me going for a bit!

Hi!

I'm ok thanks. I always struggle at the end of the month as things get super tight. Once I have been paid I tend to get moving again and brighten up.

I've started using You Need A Budget, just on the trial version. At first I struggled with it and to be honest I haven't attend any of the online tutorials. However I'm beginning to understand it now and I reckon over a few months it will become an invaluable tool. I may have to purchase the full version but I'll see how I get on during the month.

Hi lovely. I'm fine thanks. Been spending loads of time rejigging my budgets, to make them a bit more user friendly and practical! This means that I will have to slow down a bit on the debt busting, but I am definitely in a better position having budgeted properly! How are you doing?

So I have decided to empty the freezer this week....poor hubby is going to be subjected to quite a colourful variety of dinners!!!!

Good Luck! I used to make my hubby 'salad drawer soup' (carrots, peppers, onion, maybe potato from the veg rack etc) and he loved it and what a great way to clean out the fridge.
