It's not that I disagree with with you,but as you say you have had the sofa for 2 years probably used everyday they tried to fix it for you the first time they failed and Now you feel justified to say no to any more repairs and either want your money back or a replacement sofa.
Best of luck if you get what you want,but I cannot see that happening.0 -
its got another 2 repairs that need doing plus the 2 he wants to redo that will be 6 repairs i don't want my money back i want a decent sofa that looks 2 yrs old and not 20 for my £2500 not alot to ask is it ?0
