I left my employment by mutual consent in May 2012 due to a new Guy taking control of the depot I ran. The agreement was that I was given 2k and my pay,. This was after asking for early redundancy on several occasions, to which I was told that this was not an option. Latterly I have been informed by one of my ex colleagues that everyone was given redundancy in August of the same year, do I have any options on where to go with this or are my options dead in the water. There are circumstances to my leaving which I will explain once I know what my options are.
Thanks

You left by mutual consent in May so you would have no options.
Care to explain the circumstances now?0 -
You have no options at all because you were note an employee when the redundancies were offered.
Without details of your circumstances the only option you 'may' have is to claim constructive dismissal but if you received a 2K payoff that is going to be difficult to prove and, if the company had any sense, you would probably have signed a compromise agreement as part of that 2K settlement.0
