I keep getting error messages on both my desktop and laptop. One is Shockwave flash not responding and "continue" or "stop plug in". I tried downloading it again but it's still the same. The other message I get is unresponsive script. I'm running Windows XP on the desktop and Windows 8 on the laptop. I tend to use Firefox and sometimes Google Chrome.
Can anyone advise please?
Thanks

That's been happenning to me too (Firefox) recently. May be an addon. Try running Firefox without addons -> Help -> Disabled Addons.
EDIT: but there's just been an update 12.0.0.70 which may have fixed it.If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.0 -
Happens to me all the time with firefox lately. Screen is also randomly freezing. Has happened several times today, so if there was an update to fix it, then it hasn't worked.

What!
In Firefox, do Ctrl + Shift + A ans then click on "Check to see if your plugins are up to date. You will see what version of Shockwave Flash you have installed and can update it if necessary. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

I've responded in the other thread where I believe we have some overlap. "funnelcake" is a first me! Its either that (which is why I suggest a reinstall of Firefox) or your Symmantec firewall...see the other thread. If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.0
