I had a joint IVA with my wife now settled in Oct 2012 and received a completion certificate January 2013, since then I have claimed back some PPI and miss sold bank account/charges.
I have received a cheque some time for the PPI and have been told that I am due to get another pay out for the miss selling bank account.
My wife is worried that we have to declare this to our IVA administrator although my creditors have already accepted a full and final settlement.

I would hope that the terms of your full and final settlement were explicit that it was being offered in fulfillment of any payments that might have arisen under your IVA, in which case the PPI should be all yours.0

Thanks for this longtermplanner'
I have checked papers and there's nothing to suggest I or my wife have to pay back anything beyond our full and final, I am quite shocked at how much money I have received in PPI and and miss selling of Bank Account wife has been worried about this since our IVA ended now we are on a stable financial footing again.0 -

ah. I didn't think there would be anything which said that you and wife have to pay back more; what I was hoping for is that there is a clear statement that you are released from any liabilities that might arise under the agreement.
Depending on how worried your wife is, you might think it is worthwhile to pay for some legal advice on this. It should be a simple matter for a solicitor who deals with insolvency matters (find one here http://www.lawsociety.org.uk/find-a-solicitor/ by selecting Insolvency as the area of law) to give you an opinion based on the terms of your IVA and the full and final agreement.0
