Probably not a big issue, but just moved into a Morris Homes new build house and there in no shaver socket in the master bathroom or any of the other two toilets/bathrooms. Before I go running to the site manager, does anyone know if there is a requirement for the builder to provide one in the first place and secondly how would I find out if I should have had one in the spec of the house ?
Thanks

No legal requirement.
If the spec included one then there is a contractual requirement.
If not, pay an elecrician to add one.0 -
just spoke with a neighbour and they have one in their master bathroom ...... dont have any idea if it is on the spec, didnt think it went into that much detail ...... a question for the site manager tomorrow I think !0

Never use mine. My Philishave is charged using a socket in the unused spare room and I walk around shaving when it's charged.I am a mortgage broker. I never use mine either - but with a full set of face-fungus that's not surprising0

On the new build we are buying its an optional extra (around £60 if I remember correctly).0

I have one in the onsweet, but never usedDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Jeez, I thought shaver sockets went out in the '70s, along with Hai Karate aftershave and Old Spice.0 -
Depending where they are, they are useful for recharging electric toothbrushes.0
