PayPal and Section 75 Consumer Credit Act

Be aware!
If you pay for services or goods with a Credit Card via Paypal.
Should you have a problem which cannot be resolved with the supplier.ie:-
gone bankrupt or cannot be located.
If you claim on your Credit Card under Section 75 they will refuse to pay as you paid through Paypal and Paypal will refuse to pay if it is outside their 45 day re-claim period.
Anyone else had this problem.
