Argos offical gaming headset 257/719 unavailability

I ordered this headset from argos online on 13.12.2013 it was available for delivery after Christmas, and was in stock. Then I was told guaranteed delivery early Febuary, then feb 26th. Online it said delivery 26.02.14 for all new sales. So I phoned today, as no response to 2 emails, to confirm delivery, they did not know what was happening. I asked for a manager to phone the supplier, which you thought they might have done previosly, as they were advertising a particular delivery date. Any way, the ansa was possibly JULY 2014. Yet when I looked on their web page for new sales it now states delivery March 7th 2014!!!!!!!!!!!! When I phoned to query this, aparently there is a small disclaimer stating subject to availability. I said, you know the item is not available, so I will have a refund. She replied, i will have to phone the supplier first to cancel your order before i can issue a refund. Having a laugh or what. So please don't order these, if you what them anytime soon.

Yes that's the one, in Argos. Still being advertised for March delivery, but they can not get them, according to customer service. I emailed their C.S. dept and told them i have reported them to Trading standards, had a phone call back within 30 mins saying my refund had been processed. My son now has his head phones from Game, more expensive surround sound, but fantastic, and posted out and here in 24 hours. Now that's service.
