Thanks for offering. I give occasional talks about my Grandparents who lived in Bristol. The first pic I would like is the Roman catholic Church of St Nicholas where they married, it has a secondhand on the clock, a pic of this would be great. The second pic is of 13 Elmgrove Road where they lived for many years. So if this is possible please PM me and I will send you my Email address.
Thanks again.0 -
Will see if i can track down and will then get back to you0

Thanks for that, I have the pic of the clock but it is very poor and looks awful when projected.
That isn't the Elmgrove Road I mean, I remember it was a very steep hill will try to find it on Google maps.
dramaqueen123 may be sorting it for me.0 -
There's an Elmgrove Road just north of Cotham Brow, which is pretty steep.0

If the Drama Queen doesnt come through you could always ask the website if they have the hi-res version for you to use.
http://goo.gl/fgfxUL is another 13 Elmsgrove Rd (and a better picture)0 -
The problem with St Nicholas is that its tightly packing with other buildings so getting the angle on the clock to take a good photo isn't easy. I work just up the road so I'd be happy to go and take a look for you tomorrow if I can get away, but I can't promise a good photo.
This came up on a search by the way http://legacymedia.localworld.co.uk/275775/Article/images/18189895/4576617.jpg - might be possible to get a high res copy from the Bristol Post office if you give them a call.Adventure before Dementia!0 -
