Who offers Metering and Monitoring Service Packages for RHI

Domestic RHI will become live in a little over a month and DECC/Ofgem is offer an additional payment of £200 or £230 pa for the life of RHI for those who sign up for an MMSP with an MCS installer, and have the required metering equipment installed.
The extra metering required could easily cost several hundreds of pounds or more.
The expectation seems to be that having detailed live and historic data about efficiency and usage (perhaps on an app or a web page) will drive further efficiency improvements and reduce energy use.
