hi there,
I was hoping someone can offer some advice on what tiles to get for my new roof (detached house).
I've been advised to get Marley or Redland tiles but am bewildered by the options! FYI I would like them grey in colour and with a smooth finish as I understand thats easy to maintain.
Can anyone offer any advice on a "good" tile?
For cost reasons I've ruled out slate.
Cheers,
Huw

Personally I would only buy slates, there are some good Spanish ones that aren't too expensive (relatively speaking).0

I've had Redland "Delta" on my roof since I built the house in 1977. No problems whatsoever. Don't know if they do them in grey. Mine are antique brown. I seriously doubt whether one brand is any better than another. They all have to conform to the same specification and performance.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
Marley Modern?
Smooth finish, grey colour and interlocking, so a neat and affordable roof tile0
