Anyone get Woolwich "scan & attach" to work for them?
Three attempts with a pdf of 2.7 megs. First attempt, "error" second attempt "virus."
Third attempt, I stripped out one of the docs into a separate smaller pdf and "virus" again.
Our BDM said he'd sort it last Friday. Thursday now and still waiting.I am a mortgage broker. We haven't been able to get secure email to work for weeks. They say they have sent us a password reset, all we get are emails we need the password to open...
Scan and attach was lauded as the solution, that doesn't work.
I've decided I can find only one word to describe this firm and its systems as "hateful." They have no redeeming qualities whatsoever.
