Hi,
Two weeks ago I placed a telephone order (site wouldn't let me pay via internet), and was told 5 working days. Well we are well past that now. The delay is causing a problem as I have installers frustrated and waiting to start work. But the real problem is their customer service. I sent two emails asking about delivery confirmation and they were answered within the hours saying firstly 'end of the week' and then 'soon.'
Of course the end of the week passed with nothing, and 'soon' is now well overstretched. The problem now is that they have stopped responding to my emails. I do get an automated acknowledgement before a response saying this tread is merged with that thread, but no feedback written response at all. This is by far the worst customer service I have encountered in many years of www shopping. They do have a phone like but it is £1.53 per minute and apparently contains a LOT of electronic menus.
What can I do? What recourse do I have? I am very upset and very frustrated.
They took the money - £209 - almost immediately after the order was made. I paid with a VISA debit card.
All advice very welcome .
