Brought my MP4 from mchmedia it came with all of the software needed to convert video files from my PC to the format the player liked. Had a few issues, sent emails to their customer support and they came back with the answers to my questions. Most companies these days prefer email for customer support as they can cut and paste common answers and store the emails against your purchase.

With regards converting YouTube and flash most DVD backup software will allow you to do this, would sugget a quick Google search, downlaod the trials and see which one works best. Also look for software speeds as a full DVD can take up to 12 hours to convert.....
