Tesco- Clubcard reward points for completing on line survey

On the bottom of our receipt it said if you go to TescoView and complete an on line survey giving your receipt and your Club Card number you will receive 25 Club Card points. There does not seem to be any restriction in the numbr of times you can do this as long as it is on a different day and you have the receipt number. We have completed 3 surveys over the past 6 weeks and so far have not received the promised points. We phoned Tesco Customer Services and they said it was being dealt with by an outside agency so they could not help. There is something wrong here and if Tesco advertise this promotion on their receipts issued at the checkouts, then surely there should be a system the points can be added automatically. Is anybody else experiencing the same problem and if so what have you done about it.

I have posted an almost identical issue on another Money Savings Expert forum. As I only received 1 response I am not sure if I have posted in the correct catagory forum or we (Brian and myself) are just a couple of isolated cases who are have problems with this issue. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated

perhaps the repeated attempts at claiming the points has resulted in the loss of all benefits?
