CCP Claim

We received a claim form, completed and returned it... without viewing the suggested templates on the ML website. We did not elaborate on the form that we felt that CPP was sold to us as the best option! We did however state the salesperson did not explain the CPP covered what was already in place with our bank, therefore information was miss-leading.


Do you recommend we submit an amendment letter? Unsure if this assist our claim further or just confuse matters.


In addition, we only gave reference to Card Protection not Identity Theft in the reasons why we wish to be considered for compensation. Will this impact on our chances to be considered?
