Electrical work quote

Options
I've had a price from an electrician for the following work and was wondering if it seems to be in the right ball-park or not:

Re-wire two ceiling lights (hall and landing, which haven't worked since we moved in, I've been told there's power getting to the light fitting itself but something wrong with the cable to the switches and the fastest/cheapest solution is to re-wire them)
Put in 2 new sockets in main bedroom
Put in 6 new sockets in spare room
Install outdoor light (currently there's no outside light so it's an entirely new installation)

I was quoted £450 if we provide the light we want for outside.

Does that sound reasonable?
Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!
