parking eye

Hi,

I have read the stickies, but maybe in my stress at receiving the pcn, I am not taking it in.

I basically overstayed my welcome, chatting too long in Costa(!) that i now received this charge. In the past I have successfully ignored these notices (from other companies) and nothing has ever happened but I see now that maybe I shouldn't ignore it?

I don't have receipts but I do have my costa card usage which shows I was in that costa on that day and have a screen shot of the card. I have also asked Costa to step in, not sure if they will.

Do I appeal on line with parking eye? I only have till tomorrow to appeal.

Not sure why I'm so stressed about this, these things never bothered me before!

Do both, but be very careful with the wording of the appeal following the guidelines. Do not ignore. You will not pay.

appeal using the standard signage contract, GPEOL in the newbies sticky and ask for a POPLA code if the appeal fails

then appeal to POPLA using the same , as in newbie thread

    dont ignore

Do I literally cut and paste that letter into my appeal filling in the company name etc or am I taking it too much at face value?

Also, if using the letter, do I attach the screen shot of the card?

I really appreciate your help, shall I leave the screen shot? I'm thinking that it doesn't really tie in with that letter?

I would ensure it has no personal details on it (redacted) and tell them that if this goes to popla or a court the unredacted paperwork will be provided there, seeing as they do it all the time with their paperwork and contracts

    ie:- give nothing away
