    they made it clear in their email to POPLA that it was private and confidential

    But it's not POPLA we are asking to upload.

    Just as clear as they said their charge was enforceable and you were liable for paying it!

    They didn't think twice about putting you through the mincer, so why are you wanting to play a different game to them?

    This really could help us to help other newbies in a similar predicament to the one we helped you out of. :)

    I'm struggling to convert the PDF to an image but I'll see what I can do. I also have their full GPEOL argument document if you want to see a copy of that.

    Is there any way I can send them as a direct message to an admin?

    Can you use a free online pdf to image converter?
    Do you have publisher and if so will it open a pdf? If so you can then save as a jpg file and Bob's your Uncle.

    I posted a link to a free online pdf converter months ago in the POPLA DECISIONS thread , probably late 2013 , converts to word I think (definitely to a text file , not a picture)
