Hi,
At the moment we have hometeam central heating care which includes annual service with npower.
They have decided to increase the cost of this by 25% this year (no previous claims).
Would I be similarly covered if I arranged for my annual boiler service with a local company. We already have home emergency cover with house insurance which covers us if the heating system fails to function?

yes I did get in touch and was offered a 50p reduction of monthly payments down to £19.50 instead of £20 with cashback at the end of the year if I had no call out.0
