Has anyone used companies like High Speed Training to do online course?

Hi, I think it would help if I did an online training course to get me back into work and was looking at doing an online Customer Service Skills course. My problem is it only take 2hrs to complete and something like an NVQ looks like it takes 12 weeks. You do obtain a certificate at the end of the course, but would an employer recognise it as anything meaningful or is it just a waste of money.
Thanks in advance

Agree with above but also speak to your local FE College as there is likely to be funding for you to do this type of course anyway and they often link with employers to provide work experience and employment opportunities rather than just a 'dry' course.0

Sorry but it is simply not an NVQ, no "as such" required. You are also required to be authorised on the boards to promote a business. Whilst I am sure you provide good training, please don't dress it up as being accredited or near an NVQ.0
