Depends on what level, and what you want to study. Look at the online Moocs from edX, udacity and coursera?0

Alison provides mostly free vocational courses, but you do need to pay for certificates. Google them for reviews and background info and take a look at the Wiki entry:

Are you a union member? Talk to your union learning rep or shop steward. Unions offer various courses for members.0

Vision2 learn do quite a few free ones. I did the IT one, hard going, but worth it as it is a recognised qualification.

im starting on and i work FT. depends what area you are in as to what you need to get a better job pretty much all the free ones on there will help me climb the ladder in my industry

There is funding available through FE Colleges for working people to train. It depends on
- What do you want to study?
- What level is it?
- Is is accredited?
- How old are you?
- How many hours do you work per week?
- what is your highest level prior qualification?
- What size emplloyer do you work for?
